This document ("Information Notice") is intended to provide indications regarding the processing of information - relating to users who use the services accessible from the web address www.terrae.bio ("Site") - by PRIMA BIO SOC. COOP a.r.l. .("company name") and/or by other subjects identified for the purposes indicated below.

The Information, in particular, is provided pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (respectively "Privacy Code", "GDPR" and jointly "Applicable Legislation") and concerns exclusively the aforementioned Site: therefore, it does not concern any other sites that can be reached by the user through the links present on the same.

3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Below is the information that it may process through the Site, within the limits of the purposes and methods described in this Policy, and which may be considered as personal data ("Personal Data") under the Applicable Legislation. In particular:

COOP a.r.l., duly instructed about the precautions and guarantees to be adopted in the processing of the information in question, as well as by third parties who provide ancillary services or instrumental to the activity of PRIMA BIO SOC. COOP a.r.l. with which specific agreements have been signed in compliance with the requirements of the Applicable Regulations. Further purposes will be indicated to users by reason of the specific services they will use from the dedicated pages available on this Site.

5. PROCESSING METHODS

The processing of Personal Data will be carried out using manual, computerized or telematic tools, suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality and will be performed by personnel duly trained in compliance with the Applicable Regulations.

5.1 THE USE OF COOKIES

The Company uses computer techniques for the direct acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

6. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

By reason of the processing that the user may authorize, Personal Data may be communicated to the entities that provide specific services indicated in the specific disclosures. 7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD (DETERMINATION CRITERIA).

Except for the Personal Data voluntarily provided by the user and for which specific Informations will be made, the information relating to navigation will be kept for twenty-six months after collection; except in the case where it must be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes to the detriment of the Site: in this case, the information will be kept at the disposal of the Authority for the time necessary to ensure the exercise of its rights of defense.

8. RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU

The Applicable Regulations grant users a number of rights including, but not limited to:

- to access their Personal Data

- to request its rectification

- updating and deletion, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law

- to request that the processing be limited to a part of the information concerning them

- to transmit to the same or to third parties indicated by them the information concerning them (so-called "data portability")

- to object to their processing for legitimate reasons

- to withdraw their consent at any time by means of a written request addressed without formalities to PRIMA BIO SOC. COOP a.r.l. or to the DPO at the contacts indicated in points 1 and 2.

Where the response to the requests cannot have been considered satisfactory, the user may turn to and lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it) in the manner provided by the Applicable Regulations.
